Terms of Service: Saint James College Seminary is
an educational center of excellence division of the
fully-chartered not-for-profit, non-denominational,
inter-faith, Love Church Worldwide.
Refund policy: 100% tuition refunds will be made to
any active service member who is
unexpectedly mobilized to overseas duty up to and
including the tenth (10th) lesson of any
curriculum. All others will receive 100% tuition
refunds up to and including the second lesson
(2nd) of any curriculum, but no refund is authorized
beyond the end of the second lesson (2nd).
All requests for refunds must be received by the
board of trustees or the chancellor’s office in
writing. No refund can nor will be made for any
payment by any student or applicant if such
payment was utilized for a criminal background
check prior to enrollment, during enrollment, or
prior to conferring of any diploma or certificate.
Intellectual Property rights: Saint James College-
Love Church web pages, promotional materials,
lessons, and school-generated photography and
artwork are strictly protected under U.S. and
international laws, trademarks, and statutes.

Love Church Worldwide’s board of trustees is strictly
committed to conform with or exceed the
requirements of all state, local, national, and
international statutes, laws, codes, administrative
regulations, treaties, etc., and believes that it
is in full compliance with same. The Love Church
Worldwide trustees, administrators, faculty,
staff, and /or volunteers (hereinafter called The
Church) bear no responsibility for errors and
omissions due to U.S. Postal or international postal
services’ failure or tardiness in delivering
documents from The Love Church Worldwide and/or
its departments known as Centers of
Excellence, no liability of any kind whatsoever for
inadvertent non-adherence to any local, state,
national, or international law, statute, code, or
policy. Any action, whether civil, jurisdictional,
procedural, criminal, litigation, or administrative will
be deemed the responsibility of the person
or persons bringing said action and said litigants or
complainants hereby agree to defend and
indemnify not-for-profit corporation, The Love
Church Worldwide, Inc. , it’s board of trustees,
administration, faculty, staff, volunteers to the extent
of 100% (one hundred percent) of any and all costs
related to defending such action in any jurisdiction
as well as The Church and/or those in any way
associated with The Church’s expenses involved in
remedying its/their reputations,
professional status, and procedures taken or
believed necessary to be taken to be made whole.
Due to the proliferation of violation of personal
privacy prevailing on the interrnet, names given
by some students, graduates, faculty, and
administration people may be pseudonymomic in to
protect the personal information, addresses, etc., of
families and loved ones.
Non-discrimination Disclosure: The Love Church
Worldwide and its educational departments
does not discriminate for any reason, including but
not limited to gender, gender identification,
ace, creed, national origin, cultural background, or
age. As an inclusive organization open in
support and encouragement of all humans, we do
not discriminate. Period.
Privacy Policy: No personally identifiable
information about you is shared with anyone
outside our organization.Generally speaking we do
not collect personal information through our
websites, Nor is any information sent to us ever
shared with third parties. We do use your IP address
to help determine the number of visitors to our
website (to trigger our Number of Visitors Counter)
and to identify which pages on our site are most
heavily read and utilized. As a matter or policy and
actual practice, we do not link IP addresses to
anything, anyone, or any institution that could be
personally identifiable. All users remain totally
anonymous at all times during and in perpetuity
following visits to our website.
Use of Information is limited to total number of visits
in aggregate as well as analysis of search
terms and frequently used keywords in order to
assemble statistical reports.
Maintenance of personal information: At no time do
we disclose site usage data or personal
information provided in any email or online
application form to a third party. We neither sell,
give, or share any personal information of any type
in any manner with any outside parties
except when students or graduates request transcript
release or that we provide confirmation of
graduation to prospective employers or volunteer
institutions and in such cases this limited
information is shared In accordance with the Family
Rights and Privacy Act of 1974,
information from transcripts may not be released to
a third party without written consent of
the student. Further, we clearly include the caveat
that any alteration or modification of said
documents or any copy thereof may constitute a
felony and/or lead to discipline and/or
sanctions.
Student financial information is not released to third
parties other than the financial institution
utilized by The Love Church Worldwide and its
educational Centers of Excellence, to which we
make deposits of tuition donations. Online
payments of tuition and acceptance of donations is
processed by the PayPal system, which does not
disclose personal credit card or debit card or
electronic check information to The Love Church
Worldwide. This results in an arms-length situation
that ensures that such information could never
under any circumstances be even inadvertently
misused or misfiled by The Church (or its college
seminary educational centers of excellence) during
our financial operations. Should you have

Outside access or hacking: We take the prospect of
hacking seriously and take positive steps to prevent
it, such as changing passwords and utilizing outside
agencies such as PayPal, webhosting corporation,
government-regulated banks, etc., handle data, all
of which employ sophisticated anti-hacking and
other security systems and measures. In the
unanticipated event that an outside person or
agency were ever to hack into our filing system, they
would be incapable of obtaining any financial
information. However, as a matter of necessity, we
do maintain records of student applicants and
enrolled students such as majors requested on
enrolled in, address and telephone contact
information. The Love Church Worldwide cannot
be and is not responsible for the practices of hackers
who are, in the final analysis criminal offenders, nor
can we be nor are we responsible for the privacy
practices of any non-Love Church person, group of
persons, or agency that may illegally penetrate our
system.
Assets: The Love Church Worldwide and its
educational center of excellence seminary colleges
are not-for-profit operated strictly by volunteers.
There are no assets, including
financial, material, real property, and there are no
paid trustees, administrators, faculty, or staff.
The Love Church Worldwide and its centers of
excellence are offered as religious educational
programs to further the effort to foster world peace,
social justice, and Godly love, ethics, peace, and
equality for all humans. In addition to there being
no paid personnel, no financial benefits accrue to
said trustees, administrators, faculty, or staff.
Donations are accepted when freely offered and are
used only to pay for operating expenses,
scholarships, contractors (such as web developers),
website hosting fees, printing, postage, and other
operational expenses typically associated with not-
for-profit church organizations. No donations are
utilized for the purchase, lease of, or maintenance
of huge church or other structural facilities which is
common practice among the world community of
churches.
Changes to our Terms of Service Policy will be
prominently displayed on our website, either on
our first page or in prominently displayed links to
institutional news updates, or both.
