HOME PAGE: This provides a brief explanation as to the pioneering days of Saint James College Seminary as the world's first spiritual and ethical educational institution to become available online. The Home Page describes how the college-seminary is owned by the non- denominational interfaith Love Church Worldwide, a fully-government chartered not-for-profit church organization with an educational mission. APPLICATION: Here, you may apply to become a student of Saint James College Seminary's online chaplain, online ordination, or online degree programs. Or, you may use this application form simply to provide enough information about yourself and your goals to permit us to send you materials by email. PAY TUITION: Virtually all students make their tuition payments using our link to the secure PayPal site. While we can accept tuition payments for online ordination, online chaplain, online degree studies by check, this process greatly delays the time lag involved (by as much as two weeks) in completing the enrollment process. By paying tuition online, you become enrolled immediately and your first lesson typically arrives in your email box within a few hours' time. CHAPLAIN STUDIES: This section of Saint James College Seminary's website gives detailed information about the educational department within the college that provides the United States and Canada with Certified Professional Chaplains. As Hospice programs, hospitals, prisons, the military, churches, and service organizations strive to hire better-educated chaplains, our American Chaplain Training Institute provides comprehensive and affordable Fast-Track online chaplain education. We offer two online Chaplain training options: an Entry-level program for volunteer Chaplains, and a curriculum leading to status as a Certified Professional Chaplain. As a not-for-profit college-seminary, we have arguably the lowest tuitions in North America...plus...we extend students the option of Interest-Free Tuition Financing. ORDINATION STUDIES: As far as we have been able to determine, pioneered the world's first legitimate online seminary program. Our online Ordination study is inter-faith and non-denominational in nature. It is gender- blind and offers ordination training online to both men and women alike, although some denominations such as the Roman Catholic Church and the Southern Baptist Convention do not permit women to serve in their clergy. As with our Certified Professional Chaplain training, our online Ordination studies have two categories: the Entry-level training is for ordination to serve a local church whereas the more-comprehensive Professional-level online Ordination training is intended for those who will serve as pastors or associate pastors in mainline Christian churches. As we described above, Saint James College is a not-for-profit college-seminary and, as such, we offer what are believed to be the lowest tuitions in North America...plus...we extend students the option of Interest-Free Tuition Financing. SOCIAL WORK - MSW: In the Department of Social Work and Counseling, we offer both bachelors and masters-level degrees for the minister, priest, rabbi, pastoral counselor, chaplain, and / or social worker or human services professional. Because of our seminary status, however, we are exempt from being regionally accredited, although we are fully chartered. Our degrees are completely legitimate and can be used professionally. They will not, however, typically be accepted for state licensure. Our online Social Worker and Counseling degree and certificate studies are overseen by our chancellor, Janice A. Learman, MSW, PhD, a widely- admired and vastly-experienced social worker with strong backgrounds in both mental health and education. MBA: As with all of Saint James College Seminary's degrees and certifications, our degrees must have a religious or spiritual / ethical tone and the majors must be related to these categories. Our MBA students are typically spiritual health care professionals, priests, ministers, rabbis or, in some cases, are bachelors-prepared social workers employed in a similar helping field who now desire more education and professional status. As a not-for-profit seminary, we are fully chartered but are exempt from regional accreditation. You need to be aware of this status and the differences in accreditation. ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES: Here, our Department of Environmental Sciences emphasizes critical thinking, creative problem solving, ethical and spiritual values, and an amazement at the agencies to preserve pristine areas. This is becoming a theological issue as it is increasingly clear that churches and religious people see that saving saving God's planet is imperative. Our online Environmental Sciences program helps to train such people! DIVINITY DEGREES: We offer college seminary-based online divinity degree studies. For religious teachers, ministers, priests, sisters, rabbis, social workers and those participating in our online Certified Professional Chaplain training, we provide world-class online distance- learning instruction. Students may study online and earn Bachelor of Divinity (B-Div), Master of Divinity (M-Div), Master of Theology (MA or MS), Doctor of Divinity (DD), or Doctor of Theology (ThD) degrees. Being a chartered not-for-profit seminary, each has among the lowest college level degrees available today. And, students who require it may receive Interest-Free Tuition Financing.DIVINITY DEGREES: We of
their Empire State College, which has a system of "challenge courses". We offer qualified applicants the opportunity to enroll in a Fast-Track series that provides up to one-half of the required credit hours for past academic and career (including volunteer) experience. Each Fast- Track lesson provides a combination of review and new material. Each is world-class in its presentation. Each student in our online ordination, online chaplain, or online degree or certification program has an individually-designed curriculum based on the background that they bring to our program. All lessons are sent by email. Each lesson, if printed out, would average about ten pages. And, each student is assigned a faculty mentor with whom to work. "Fast-Track lessons" is a copy-written term of The Love Church Worldwide and its seminary college programs.

The Women's College Seminary offers online ordination, online chaplain training, online divinity degrees, online MSW degrees, online MBA degrees, online Environmental Sciences Degrees, Certified Griefworker, Certified Pastoral Management, and Personal Development / Personal Coaching, along withmany other academic ethical and spiritually-centered degrees and certificates. Unlike other "Women's College" which average some 40% male faculty, The Women's College Seminary is, to our knowledge, the only similar online program for women that is completely designed by and operated by women for women. BSN - MSN: These are Bachelor of Nursing Spiritual Services and Master of Nursing Spiritual Services Degrees. Our long-standing position has been that there is no effective way to teach any form of clinical nursing online. Therefore, we accept only nurses who already have active licenses. Our degrees are not intended to be accepted by individual states for licensing.
