Instutitional Refund Policy
Saint James College Seminary
Saint James College Seminary, which is an educational
department of The Love Church Worldwide, understands
that unforeseen circumstances occasionally arise in our
lives. These may result in the interruption of your studies
here.
INSTITUTIONAL REFUND POLICY
• Students seeking a refund of tuition payments made must make their
request in writing to:
Chancellor, Saint James College Seminary / The Love Church Worldwide,
at 3609 Sebring Parkway #20, Sebring, FL 33870
• Students who cancel enrollment anytime between the seminary’s
receipt of their tuition payments but prior to the start of the first class
session will receive a full refund of all monies paid, except the any
application fee and administrative fee (see next section) which are non-
refundable.
• No refunds will be made after the seminary receives students’ second
completed homework assignment.
• If, under the terms of this Refund Policy an individual student is entitled
to a refund, the seminary may retain an administrative fee, not to exceed
15% of total tuition and fees paid.
• Students who qualify for refunds under the terms of this Policy will be
paid within 30 days of a student’s official withdrawal.
• The institution also honors any individual state refund policies that may
apply, although ours appears to be more liberal in the student’s favor
than these.

With written agreement from Administration, you may cease your studies at this time -- and simultaneously have no further obligation to make tuition payments. You will then have one full year to resolve your personal circumstances and return as a student to the precise point where you left off. You will waive any potential refund and the seminary will waive any right to assess possible additional penalties and/or charges. We will both be starting on a level playing field if and when you are able to return.
There will be NO charge of any kind to students who need to exercise this option.
The most common reasons for students to take a "time out" from studies include unexpected health problems personally or with a family member ... unanticipated financial reverses ... job change or loss ... or deployment, if in the military.
We are a chartered not-for-profit educational seminary program. We will gladly assist you in any way possible as you strive to both resolve your difficult personal circumstances while, at the same time, to hold on to your dream of continuing your education.
If you choose this option, you may resume your studies anytime within a one-year period exactly where you left off or, if your educational preferences have changed, you may obtain complete credit for the work you have already done and have it applied toward a new program or major.
Sincerely, The Trustees
